We initially contacted Craig regarding the sale of the property and that is when he pointed out through a review of our operating statements that the current management company was over charging us for services we didn’t need or use. He developed a plan to turn the cash flow of the property around through better vendor management, improved on-site management, elimination of unneeded expenses, and increased rents and occupancy.
