Dyan Wright is a Senior Investment Associate with ACRE Commercial. Dylan was born and raised in the La Jolla/Pacific Beach area of San Diego and attended college at San Diego State University where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.  Prior to Joining ACRE he spent 5 years negotiating long term telecommunications leases on commercial and residential properties. Dylan is also an avid investor in his own portfolio of multi-family properties and has a passion for the apartment business.  His knowledge of the market and strong work ethic brings value to all his clients.

 Dylan enjoys going to the gym, practicing yoga, and spending time with his family.  He still resides in Pacific Beach with his wife Marie, Daughter Maia, and French Bulldog Harley.

Andrew Lindsay, Investment Associate

Andrew Lindsay is a licensed Multi-Family Investment Associate and a member of the Anderson Apartment Group at ACRE Investment Real Estate Services. Born and raised in North County San Diego, he attended college at California State University San Marcos where he earned a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing.  After college he was hired by a national commercial real estate firm. Andrew specializes in North County Multi-Family buildings and helps his clients reposition their holdings into both apartment and commercial assets. Andrew is diligent, with a strong work ethic and commitment to his client’s goals. He prides himself on putting the client first and creating a strong loyal professional relationship.

 

In Andrew’s free time he enjoys spending time outdoors from the beach to the mountains. He lives in Encinitas with his girlfriend and their dog, Sol.

Chris Sarver, Investment Associate

Chris Sarver is an Investment Associate with ACRE Commercial. Chris graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a Bachelor in Finance and a Masters in Accounting.   Before pursuing his passion in Commercial Real Estate, Chris worked as a financial analyst with a reputable design firm.  Also during this time, he founded and ran a financial consulting business helping small business owners improve their bottom line by streamlining business operations & increasing efficiency. Chris brings attention to detail, strong work ethic and integrity to the table to ensure his clients’ interests are well represented. 

 
In his spare time, Chris enjoys surfing, camping, hiking and spending time with friends & family.
