A native San Diegan, Chris Robinson has exemplified himself as a true business man in the field of commercial real estate with 12 years of licensed brokerage experience. With 9 years under his belt at a previous national brokerage company, Robinson has closed over a quarter Billion dollars in apartment transactions.

Chris was raised from childhood around the apartment business and dove into the brokerage side at age 22, after graduating from UC Santa Barbara where he studied Economics. Chris is a principal in several investment properties throughout California which gives him firsthand landlord experience to relate to & help his clients. Chris believes in the philosophy of conservative consistency to accumulate steady wealth in the apartment business. Chris is currently working with a number of San Diego apartment investors who are looking to cash out, facilitate an exchange or expand their portfolios in 2014. In his free time, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, yoga, meditation, traveling and surfing his favorite local beaches.
